Call Out Work

Lab-mech cover all aspects of call out work from boiler breakdowns to burst pipes and dripping taps. We don’t charge to collect materials, we don’t charge you for another hour if we are at your house for an hour and 10minutes. We are realist and offer fixed prices for repairs so you know the full costs before we even leave. So as a Lab-mech customer you don’t need to worry about engineers going and getting lunch while you pay for them to “get materials” with Lab-mech you know were you are, no hidden cost, no suprises and all done to the highest standard.

Full House Diagnostics

Lab-mech can attend and do a full house diagnostic check Ideal when buying or selling home, we check all plumbing, heating, drainage and valves.

Boiler Servicing / Boilers / Full Systems / Gas Works

Please note our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and undertake all boiler breakdowns, servicing and repairs.

Lab-mech can offer commercial install and boiler works including pump rooms

We also undertake full central heating installs also covering boiler exchanges or system changes.

For Example: If you wanted to go from a gravity fed system to a combination boiler setup, we can go through this with you, talk through the procedure and give you a fixed rate price to undertake the work.

GAS SAFE REGISTER WAS LAUNCHED ON 1 APRIL 2009

Gas Safe Register replaced Corgi gas registration in Great Britain and is now the official industry stamp for gas safety.

Drainage

Lab-mech cover all aspects of drainage, from blocked drains to collapsed drains. We have the products available to us to do full c.c.t.v (drain camera) reports and can even install new drainage to new build properties or move drainage to add en-suites, Bathrooms and Kitchens to existing properties.

Watermains burst and re runs / bursts and repairs

Lab-mech can deal with burst mains outside of the property weather it’s a dig that is required or an internal repair. We also can re-run water mains, upgrade for better pressure and also deal with reinstatement to make good the area that has been dug up (if required). Lab-mech has access to moleing procedures were we dig 2 pits and send “a mole” under the ground to meet in the other pit to prevent mess and ruining gardens.

Internal burst and repairs are also covered by Lab-mech, we can cover all call out work and even offer full maintenance packages.

Bathroom Installs / Wet room Installs

When undertaking a Bathroom install, Lab-mech do it all. From the removal of the old suite to the tiling, electrics, flooring and plumbing right down to the last screw, on all bathroom installs we even send in cleaners at the end of the job to get the suite ready to use.
